Through my work I present distortion.

Distortion is an alteration of original characteristic.

Distortion is usually undesirable but for me slight distortion can be pleasing.

Distortion of a context creates conflictions which can be brought up for discussion.

Distortion of a shape creates imagination and the piece becomes alive.

 

私は作品を通して歪みを表現している。

歪みは、ものごとの本質を変化させることだ。

歪みは、それが僅かであれば私には好ましいものだ。

コンテクストを歪ませると衝突が生まれ議論が起きる。

形の歪みは想像力を掻き立て、そして作品に生命が宿る。
